Once you have booked Your collection you will receive an email confirmation confirming your booking
You will receive a call on the day with an arrival time /Please be aware we Do Not Do Time slots collection times Run between 8am and 8pm if you give the office a call on the day we can let you know if it will be Morning,afternoon or evening
We pick up your charity clothes collection from home or work
Not going to be home you can put outside for the Drivers to collection
Last but not least once your donation has been collected kindly leave us a review
I had a collection today but realised afterwards it wasn't a 'we collect we donate' van it was just a black car... they said they were from the service... I hope it was the right people who came to my address..

I only had to wait a day to get a delivery spot. They calmed me when they were on their way. Will definitely be using them again.

Have used their service for many years. Lovely people and fantastic communication at all times. Even if you are not available, they will reattempt collection on the day or at your convenience. They go out of their way and collect even if the location is out of the catchment area.
