No, there is no limit to the number of bags or items you can donate. You are welcome to donate as few as one bag or as many as you like. We can also take surplus and liquidation stock.

No, we do not wash donated clothes. Please ensure that the clothing you donate is in good condition and clean.

Collection times operate between 8 am and 8 pm. As we optimize our routes to ensure efficient collection, we do not provide specific time slots. On the day of your collection, please call our office, and we can inform you whether it will be a morning, afternoon, or evening collection. Additionally, our drivers will contact you to provide an estimated arrival time.
